The Blissful Body & Mind Coaching Programs are Officially OPEN!!

I am SO freakin’ excited to finally be opening up my ‘virtual’ (#covidlife) Health & Life Coaching doors!!

I have been hard at work completing my Health & Life Coach certificate programs and could not be more excited to officially welcome in my first round of clients. My passion for this work is unmatched. I cannot wait to help women change their lives and become the brightest, healthiest, and happiest versions of themselves.

As a busy working mama of 3 boys, I understand how difficult it can be to try to run to the bathroom by yourself, let alone make time to squeeze in a healthy meal or a workout! BUT, I also know that by tweaking our habits here and there and by making small changes to our daily lives, we can ABSOLUTELY make it work. And that is where I come in to help.

I will help you get clear on your goals, right your mindset, get unstuck from the self-sabotaging cycle of unhealthy habits, and reclaim your mind, your happiness, and your body.

I have been through it, mama. If you’ve read my intro post you know that I have had to navigate some pretty choppy waters. By making the choice to focus on my health and my happiness – even while trying to take care of two babies and a husband recovering from a major brain trauma – I became a better ME, a better MOM and a better WIFE. Now 8 years later, I am passionate in helping other moms find themselves again and to be confident, comfortable and happy in their skin, no matter what the circumstances.

Coaching Programs

I work individually with my clients to tailor each program to your specific goals and needs. Nutrition, exercise, habit change, mindset, and accountability are part of every plan, but each plan will be individually customized to meet your needs.

  • The Mamabear 90 Day Total Transformation: My signature program developed to create small daily habit changes that add up to BIG results. This plan focuses on nutrition, habits, mindset, and helps you uncover what is getting in the way of living your healthiest life. Weekly coaching sessions, daily accountability, and motivation, meal planning, and customized workout routines aimed to help you reach your goals (no matter how crazy busy your life gets).
  • The Blissful Body & Mind No More Drama 90 Day Weight loss program: In this program, you will learn how to identify sneaky sugars, crush sugar addiction, and shift from being a sugar burner to a fat burner. As your coach, we will work together to create a lateral shift in your thinking, that allows you to make better decisions about your health and your body. At the end of 90 days, you will be making choices that lead to lasting habit change.
  • The Blissful Body & Mind Habit Change Coaching: Do you feel stuck in a rut of unhealthy habits that no longer serve you? I get it… habits create literal highways in our brain that can be hard to rewire. But the great thing is that with some support and my proven mind-hacks, we can rewire those habits and replace them with healthier alternatives that enhance your energy and your life instead of draining you. Plans and frequency of sessions/check-ins are customized to meet specific goals.
  • Individual and Customized Coaching Programs: Is there something in your life that you want to work on? Aside from health and fitness, I am also passionate about motherhood, relationships and overall life satisfaction. Together we can create a plan focused on YOUR goals and desires.
  • Resets & Cleanses: 10 Day, 14 Day or 21 Day Reset Cleanses. Aimed at increasing energy and removing foods that drain your energy and deplete your body.
